Do you record in 4K?
Yes, 4K recording is available for your video session. If you'd like to record in 4K, please inform your engineer ahead of time. Be sure to bring your own SD card or external hard drive so we can transfer the large files directly to you.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring any notes or production elements you’d like to use during your recording. We handle all aspects of production from start to finish, so you can focus on your content. Your engineer will coordinate with you the day before your session to collect any necessary files for your show. Other than that, bring a great attitude, and you're all set!

What happens if we go over our time?
Each session includes a 15-minute buffer before and after to allow the engineer to reset the studio. If you run slightly over, we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if your session exceeds the buffer time, an additional charge will apply. Please be mindful of your session’s end time to avoid overlapping with the next scheduled recording.

What if we start late?
We do our best to accommodate late starts. If possible, we’ll ensure you get your full recording time. However, if there is another session scheduled after yours, we must end on time to prepare the studio for the next recording. If you anticipate a significant delay, notify your engineer as soon as possible—it may be best to reschedule.

How do I receive my files?
Your files will be emailed to you within 72 hours via Google Drive links. You will receive:
MP3 (audio)
MP4 (video, if applicable)
WAV (high-quality audio file)
Be sure to download your files immediately, as Google Drive links expire. We store files for two weeks for storage management purposes.

What is your cancellation policy?
While we do not offer refunds on cancellations, you are always welcome to reschedule your session. If you need to cancel, refer to our rescheduling policy for more details. We will consider a refund if your cancellation request is made within 48 hours of your initial booking.

What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule anytime using the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, please call or email us directly. A $25 late rescheduling fee will apply.

Do sessions come with an engineer?
Yes! Every session includes an experienced podcast producer who will handle all aspects of production so you can focus on your content.

Can I have a guest call in via Zoom, Skype, or phone?
Yes! We offer remote guest integration via Zoom, Skype, or standard phone calls. If your guest has a webcam, we can incorporate their video into the podcast as well.
